Elfie J. Czerny is co-director of The Interactionalists and the Centre for Solution Focused Conversation and Leadership. Along with her partner Dominik and their daughter, they spent 2 1/2 years traveling in their solution-focused motorhome throughout Europe and North America with "SF on Tour." In the SIMPLY FOCUS Podcast, they share their enthusiasm for the diversity of solution-focused practice.
Elfie is passionate about helping people explore how to skillfully curate better conversations, professionally as well as in everyday life. She co-created several solution-focused online programs (www.sfontour.com/courses/), is the author of various professional articles, co-editor of the monthly magazine “Persönlichkeit!” and the book “Faszination Lösungsfokus”. When not writing, Elfie enjoys breath work and ice baths and focuses on finding beauty in the little things in the present moment.
